A BIT ABOUT EACH BAND

The Luminectric

The pop punk and pop rock covers band with a luminous twist! Combining nostalgic pop punk classics and rock covers, with glow sticks and high energy, they put on a great show!

Sorry Not Sorry

Sorry Not Sorry – high energy rock and pop punk covers band based in Herts and Essex

Formed in early 2017, Sorry Not Sorry has gained a good following by developing a set list that's a bit different to most other cover bands.

Drawing on the different influences of the band members, the set list includes rock, metal, pop punk, and Indie covers.

Bands covered include Motorhead, Green Day, The Sex Pistols,  Blink 182, Halestorm, Twisted Sister, Ugly Kid Joe, Nirvana, The Ramones, Wheatus, Feeder, Metallica, Joan Jett, and many more.

Kat fronts the band on vocals, with Gaynor on Drums, Don on Bass and Steve on guitar

Flying Symbols

The Flying Symbols are a 4 piece high octane , rock band based in the Hertfordshire/Essex border.

Deja Voodoo

Déjà Voodoo are a classic 4 piece blues/rock band consisting of guitar bass, drums and vocals.

Squatter and the Ant

Squatter and The Ant are a 4 piece classic rock covers band from the Saffron Walden area. The band are a blend of youth and experience, with members having played gigs for the past 35 years in various other incarnations.

Whilst you can expect plenty of very recognisable rock songs, originally recorded by bands like Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple and Black Sabbath, the band tend to opt for the cuts from a groups ‘best of’ catalogue, without picking anything too obvious.

For those about to rock... you’ve been warned!

The IVs

The I.V.s are a grunge and metal inspired originals band from Herts. Powerful, loud and melodic... They are a Hertfordshire (UK) based four piece borrowing sounds from the 90’s grunge scene, who aim to help bring back something that has been missing from music for too long!

Brown Paper Bag

Acoustic guitarist/singer withan upright bass and cajon percussion, performing cover versions of tunes, old and new, cool songs, cheesy songs, sing-a-longs and mashups!

Emperors Gate

A post-pandemic, mid-life, rock band who enjoy playing alternative and indie rock, with a 90s edge.

Apollo

Opening up the festival we have a youth band from Harlow Rock School.

Teenage trio band, hard rock, grunge & metal with a taste of the 90’s brought back to life.

Moonshine Coyote

Using mostly hand built cigar box guitars and custom-made instruments, Moonshine Coyote’s unique sound draws influences from traditional blues and Americana.

The combination of four vocalists, cajon, bass, lap steel, cigar box and resonator guitars creates a diverse soundscape for the bands original songs as well as the occasional cover arranged to suit the band’s sound.

Moonshine Coyote offers an authentic American style look and feel to their performances, blending a wealth of experience from the different members of the band.

Eva's Dream

Named after a short story by Anne Frank, Eva’s Dream have been entertaining listeners, near and far with their own unique brand of Poetic Pop for over 27 years. Always sounding fresh and up for re-invention, if ever there was a band to open minds and bridge the generation gap it’s Eva’s Dream

PoppyKat

PoppyKat is a performer with a passion for promoting the women of the music world!

With a mixture of acoustic, jazz and upbeat tunes from female artists, or female fronted bands, get ready to hear it for ‘All The Singer Ladies’!

James White

James White & The Wild Fire formed in 2020 and are a musical blend of Country, Bluegrass, Rock and Americana. Despite being unmanaged and unsigned, the group achieved charting at Number One on both the Folk and Country Albums charts on Amazon with their debut EP, Making Tracks, being released on 5th June 2021 and followed this up hitting the Number One spot yet again on 19 November 2021 with their Live at Saffron Hall album. Having sold out a seminal hometown show the band followed this up with a run of shows that included being finalists of the oldest band competition in the UK before playing a run of shows that ended at Royal Ascot. Following this, the band released the singles Where I Used To Be in October 2022 and Little Maggie in March 2023 where they once again claimed the top spots in Folk and Country on Amazon.

Jimmy James and Rae

Jimmy and Rae play blues, country and folk with soulful vocals and guitar

Tennessee Twin

Tennessee Twin are an acoustic duo from Cambridge, UK. Their songs, blending modern country, folk & Americana, are known for their memorable melodies, gritty (yet thoughtful) lyrics and exquisite harmonies. Their debut EP reached no.1 on the UK iTunes Country Chart. Several top ten singles, airplay around the world and multiple awards followed.

Fresh from a variety of festival appearances, they are currently working a full album for launch in late 2022.
